Every year, military veterans and their families face an increasingly severe crisis: finding stable, permanent, and truly affordable housing. In the Pacific Northwest, skyrocketing living costs and a shortage of dedicated affordable developments have left those who served our country incredibly vulnerable to housing instability.
We identified this critical gap not as a problem of veteran willingness, but as a systemic failure in the delivery of affordable housing. Traditional development models often carry high overhead, massive debt structures, and sluggish timelines, leaving veterans waiting on endless placement lists. The need for a rapid, low-overhead, and highly disciplined housing solution in Clackamas County and the broader Portland Metropolitan Area is what drove the creation of this organization. We believe that safe, permanent, and affordable housing is the non-negotiable foundation every veteran deserves.
